Dear Success Seeker,

Do you have a genuine desire to increase your income but find yourself struggling to make it happen? Perhaps you've worked hard to build a legitimate business. You've may have studied 'The Secret' and all the Law of Attraction stuff. But the money is just not coming in. Clearly you are doing something wrong; but what is it?

If this is the conversation in your head, let me shed some light on the problem and provide you with a solution. Imagine that you are having a private coaching session with me and let's talk....

The first thing I'm going to ask you is, "Where is the extra money going to come from?" I'd break that down into two specific questions. First, "WHO is going to give you their money?" The world is full of people looking for places to spend the abundance of money they have. Whose money do you want? What situation are they in? What problem or interest do they have?

My next question is, "WHY are they going to give their money to you?" Clearly nobody is going to walk up to you and give you their cash for no reason. That won't happen no matter how rich they are. And it doesn't matter how 'attractive' you are or whether you are 'vibrating at a frequency of abundance'. The Universe will not deliver riches to you without a balanced exchange. You must provide others with a product, service, experience or opportunity that they perceive to be of value equal to the amount you want to earn. Then, and only then, will their money flow to you.

If you are like most people who want to get rich, you think about this backwards. You think in terms of what you need to do in order to increase revenues. I am suggesting that you flip things around and think from the perspective of what other people want. What can you give them such that they will be delighted to hand over their money?

I still remember a scene from 'The Secret' movie in which a young boy is enchanted with a shiny new bicycle in the window of a shop. He visits it often and visualizes it daily and then, voila, it shows up under his Christmas tree. No, no, no! The Universe (or whatever you call the realm of unlimited potential) doesn't GIVE you anything. It is impartial to your success. The way to get the bicycle is to use your desire for it to motivate you to get a job or find another effective way to receive the money. You and you alone are responsible for taking the required actions.

The painful truth is that any financial or income constraints you are experiencing have nothing to do with other people, the market or the money supply. The only thing preventing you from becoming rich is that you have not created and implemented a way to receive the money you want. There are so many ways to tap into the abundant supply of money that is available. You could run a business, invest in real estate, play the stock market or be an employee. You get to choose what you do. When you design and execute the right model and you will get the money.

Back to our coaching session, my next instruction is for you to write down the exact amount of money you want to receive. Now use a process of reverse engineering to develop a model that will deliver the income you want. Because you don't 'get' or even 'earn' money. You simply design a structure that gives people who have money a compelling reason to give it to you.

The world of money is impartial. It doesn't care whether you earn $25,000 a year or $25M. Like water, money simply flows where there is an opening for it. It's up to you to develop an effective mechanism to receive the amount you want. Do that and you can have as much money as you want. Fail at that task and the money you want will continue to circulate in the hands of others who have created a way to receive it.
