What is Performance Coaching?
Participating in a group coaching program and using a workbook-oriented success system will definitely accelerate your success. However, there are times you will need or want individual support.
The Performance Coaching component of ProCoach gives you access to world-class coaching you can apply to any area of your life. Our coaches are trained to provide you with the following three categories of coaching.
Performance Coaching focuses on how to improve your overall performance or achieve a particular goal as quickly as possible.
Strategic Coaching involves identifying creative strategies for dealing effectively with a particular situation.
Breakthrough Coaching which occurs when you view something in a new and different way. When your perspective or your story about a situation changes, things that were not possible before become instantly available.
During these intense 30 minute sessions your discussion may focus on how to use a specific component of the ProCoach System or how to use the system tools generally to maximize your overall acceleration. Another alternative is to use your session for strategic coaching or breakthrough coaching related to your business or any other area of your life. Bring any issue, obstacle or opportunity to your coach for perspective and resolution. These sessions will provide you with valuable insights and fresh energy. They are also an opportunity for you to rise above your fears, commit to an action plan and be held accountable for your results.
As a ProCoach member, you are entitled to one Performance Coaching session per quarter. There is no obligation to use your coaching allotments. They are there to offer additional support should you wish to take advantage of it. Performance Coaching sessions do not accumulate and cannot be carried forward from one quarter to the next. If you do not use your session the allotment expires at the end of the quarter.
How to Book Your Performance Coaching Session
When you click on Book Performance Coaching on this website, you will be taken to a calendar where Performance Coaching days are highlighted. Click on any highlighted day to view the available appointment times, and then follow the simple instructions to book your session. To see the schedule for the following month, click on the small "Next >" button at the top of the calendar. The schedule for the following month is posted approximately the 10th of each month.
After you book your Performance Coaching session, the system will automatically send you a confirmation email and ask you to complete a series of Preparation Questions. This Preparation Sheet will help you gain clarity and perspective, positioning you to make a breakthrough during your coaching call. It also provides your coach with some background so the two of you can get straight to work.
Be sure to complete your Preparation Sheet at least 24 hours before your Performance Coaching takes place. You can access your Preparation Sheet at any time by selecting "Preparation Sheet" from the drop-down menu under Coaching
A reminder email reminder will automatically be sent to you the day before your Performance Coaching session.
Purchasing Additional Performance Coaching Sessions
If you have already used your Performance Coaching session for a quarter and a specific issue comes up where you would like some help, you can purchase additional Performance Coaching sessions for $100 per session by calling the ProCoach Office. Non- members can purchase Performance Coaching sessions for $150 each.
Cancelling or Rescheduling Your Performance Coaching
The website software does not allow you to cancel or reschedule your Performance Coaching sessions on-line. If you wish to reschedule a Performance Coaching session, you must first contact the ProCoach office to cancel your original appointment. After we have processed your cancellation, you can return to the website and book a new appointment.
In order to make a change, you must notify the ProCoach office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Monday appointments must be cancelled by 5:00 p.m. Friday. If you do not provide the required notice or if you fail to attend your session for any reason, you will forfeit it.
Calling your Coach
At the time of your call, telephone your Coach directly at his or her contact number. If the line is busy when you call, wait one minute and call again. Also, check that you are calling at the right time. All Performance Coaching times are scheduled in Pacific Time.

Performance coaching tips
Be very clear about what you want to focus on and the outcome you want.
Spend time preparing for the call. The more prepared you are, the more value you will get.
Most people tend to tell their story, which is just a clever way to stay on the surface. Dive deep. Identify the dynamics of the situation rather than explaining who did what and why this is happening to you again.
Don't beat around the bush - get to the heart of the matter.
Expect a breakthrough. Be open to a whole new way of seeing things.
