As a coach I speak to many people and have noticed that the vast majority lie to themselves in a big way. They procrastinate and then pretend their lack of achievement doesn't matter. They make excuses and rationalize their current situation instead of taking steps to create what they really want. And time marches on.

Unfortunately pretending that things are okay when they are not does not lead to success.
Please watch this short and inspiring video about what is possible. This six minute Ted Talk is about a person who took action on what was important to her and how it made a difference for hundreds of thousands of people. I am sure it has transformed her life as well.
I encourage you to watch it from two perspectives. First, answer her query for yourself: "Before I die I want to...."
Second, take note of the fact that this woman had an idea and took action on it rather than ignoring her inner voice.
What difference do you feel called to make and when will you take action on it?
If not now, when? If not you, who?
